Hi, I’m Lia!

I’ve always known I wanted to work with people—I just never knew what that would look like. I find people incredibly interesting, and there’s nothing I value more than creating a space where someone feels safe, comfortable, seen, and able to simply be themselves.

My family is my “why” in life, and becoming a mom has been the hardest and greatest thing I will ever do. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking and baking for the people I love (food is definitely one of my love languages), spending time outdoors or at home, or listening to music far too loud.

I’m an introvert by nature but very much an extrovert with my people. I’m also a big chicken when it comes to thunderstorms, scary movies, and the dark—and I’m always working on expressing myself more freely and not holding back out of fear.

At the heart of everything I do, I believe connection is the medicine. My hope is that when you’re with me, you feel safe enough to exhale, be yourself, and feel supported exactly where you are.
