Our therapists use touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation & aid in the general wellness of clients.


Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive healing art that is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to every part the body.


Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

RTT is a therapy method that combines the most effective techniques from NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy, with the ability to transform lives, powerfully and permanently.


Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy involves balancing the flow of energy in the body to improve or maintain health. The touch varies from gentle, rocking, pressure points with some elements similar to massage therapy with on and off the body techniques.


Facial

A facial is a beautifying skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates dead skin cells, hydrates and moisturises the skin, and treats common skin concerns with a custom regime.


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique aka 'Tapping') involves the stimulation of a sequence of acupressure points while bringing to mind memories, thoughts, or sensations creating increased healing, health, and happiness


Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A typical session will be a total of 60 minutes, with 30-45 minutes of Reiki and some discussion before/ after the treatment.


IPL Laser Hair Removal

It uses the Intense Pulsed Light technology, also known as IPL. Essentially, the device utilises high-energy light to achieve long-term hair reduction. It works by progressively reducing the re-growth of hair by applying gentle pulses of light to heat to the hair root (i.e. hair follicle).


Hot Stones Massage

Massage that involves the use and placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.

Emotion Code (10 min): an energy-based therapy that is used to quickly and easily identify, and release trapped emotional energy.

Hi, I’m Lia! I’ve always known I wanted to work with people, I just never knew what it would look like. I like people, I find them so incredibly interesting, and there’s nothing I like more than knowing someone feels safe and comfortable in my presence. My family is my “why” in life and becoming a mom is the hardest and greatest thing I will ever do. I’m quite specific when it comes to funny movies (as in I can’t stand Will Ferrell), I speak Italian with my daughter, I love cooking and baking especially when I get to share with the people I love, food is most definitely one of my love languages, and sushi is an absolute must when celebrating anything in life. I consider myself an introvert however I’m quite extroverted with my people. I love being home, it’s my safe haven. I’m a big chicken when it comes to thunder storms, scary movies, and the dark. I’m currently working on expressing myself in the moment and not holding back out of fear… it’s definitely a work in progress. My 10-year old dog will always be considered my puppy, and my quick fix for needing some self care is a burn-your-skin kind of hot shower, getting into pjs immediately after, putting way too much cream on my feet then putting them into the coziest pair of socks!
